The Lake Valencia 2 Days / 1 Night program offers a deeper and more immersive experience in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon. This program is ideal for travelers who wish to slow down, connect with nature, and fully enjoy the tranquility and wildlife of one of the most beautiful lakes in the Tambopata region. Surrounded by pristine rainforest and forests, Lake Valencia provides the perfect setting for adventure, relaxation, and authentic Amazonian experiences
The journey begins with a morning transfer to Valencia Lake Lodge, traveling through scenic Amazonian landscapes toward this remote and peaceful destination. Upon arrival, guests enjoy lunch at the lodge, followed by some time to settle in and relax.
In the afternoon, participants take part in traditional piranha fishing, guided by a local expert who will share is knowledge of Amazonian fishing techniques. As the day comes to an end, guests enjoy a beautiful sunset over Lake Valencia, when the colors of the sky reflect on the calm waters of the lake.
As night falls, the adventure continues with a boat excursion in search of caimans, offering a unique opportunity to observe nocturnal wildlife in its natural habitat. The day concludes with dinner at the lodge and, weather permitting, a campfire, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere in the middle of the rainforest.
The second day begins with breakfast at the lodge, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle waking up. Later in the morning, guests enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding on Lake Valencia, an ideal way to explore the lake at a relaxed pace while observing birds, monkeys, and other wildlife along the shores.
After the activities, the group prepares for the return journey to the city, taking with them unforgettable memories of an authentic Amazon experience.
